Logistics Specialist
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be organized and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Responsibilities
- The Logistics Specialist provides administrative and scheduling support to the Logistics Department
- Establish and build relationships with all other inter-company departments
- Schedule incoming and departing shipments to ensure operations run smoothly
- Prepare accurate bills of lading and related shipping documents to communicate with carriers
- Arrange same-day shipments and/or deliveries when required
Warehouse Specialist
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of forklift experience
- Ability to read a tape measure, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Operate basic office machines, such as a computer, copy machine, fax, scanner, etc
- Overtime and on-call duty may be required
Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting shipping schedules assigned by the Sales Department
- The main focus of the position is to effectively and efficiently measure, cut, and package the products and ensure that the sales orders are completed
- The Warehouse Specialist is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:
- Operate band saw for cutting non-mag material
- Measurements cut to length per customer demand
- Crate or pallet cut material with steel banding for distribution or pick up
- Redistribute and/or retrieve material within the warehouse yard for/from delivery shipments
- Track and document shipment arrival and load
OEM/ODM Account Manager
Qualifications
- Report information concerning the European OEM/ODM landscape, product, and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience with an account manager from the e-bike/bicycle OEM/ODM industry
Responsibilities
- You will be involved in discussions with our OEM/ODM partners to understand their needs based upon their commercial, fleet, and e-cargo applications
- You will work with our product and business development teams to gather and document OEM/ODM feedback for the commercial market and report it back to the product teams in the headquarters
- You will work on the creation of technical information documents to share with our OEM/ODM partner
- Understand what is needed for the commercial, fleet, e-cargo application and how it differs from the standard consumer-driven product
- You will work with regional-based e-bike regulations for speed, power output, and requirements
- Travel Expectations: Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
Technician
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with bicycle repair and use
- Knowledge, Skills, And Physical Abilities
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and patrons
Responsibilities
- Provide simple repairs in the field to bicycles and stations when possible and remove defective equipment to be repaired in the workshop
- Evaluate the condition of assets and update their status, submit service requests for repairs or maintenance when needed, and engage with customers to offer friendly assistance
- Provide support for special events throughout the community, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Sales Representative (B2B)
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or retail customer service, or the consumer product industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of e-bikes
- Internet-savvy and comfortable with office applications (PC/Mac, word processor, spreadsheet, web browsers, mobile devices)
- Motivated self-starter who will be proactive in finding new partners, growing the team, and generating revenue for the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess excellent verbal communication as ample time will be spent on the phone with customers
- Demonstrate follow-through to get things done
- A Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Learn the product line and proactively reach out to partners to sell our products
- Establish new partnerships with onboarded shops; maintain assigned partner relationships
- Enter sales orders; track progress to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
- Understand and anticipate the needs of our retail partners and proactively reach out to assigned shops in order to maximize their experience and our revenue.
- Generate revenue in order to meet goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Bring feedback from our customers to our leadership team; assist in the continuous improvement process within the B2B Support and Sales departments.
Sales & Marketing Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in managing personnel and projects
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong computer and technical skills with specific experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate sales efforts aimed at growing Aitour Ebikes
- Oversee processes through which the sales team works with internal and external project owners to develop strategic sales pitches for Aitour’s products and services
- Provide sales expertise, data, and department process improvements
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
- Manage high-level projects and oversee day‐to‐day activities including lead tracking and tradeshow evaluation and management
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Align various sales activities to compliment organizational goals and create an achievable and sustainable workload
